1. Holder of the treatment
The owner of the data processing ("Holder") is BONOMI PLASTIC Srl in the person of its pro tempore legal representative based in Via Garibaldi 32 – 25082 Botticino (BS). The owner, without prejudice to its full responsibility towards the User, reserves the right to appoint one or more managers who process User Data on its behalf.
The Data Controller may appoint as data manager, a person who presents sufficient guarantees to implement technical and organizational measures such as to guarantee the protection of the User's rights.
2. Data and purpose of the treatment
We do not automatically collect any Data.
The User Data will be processed for the following cases:

3. Conservation and security: where and how we store your data?
Any data that may be processed and collected will be stored on a private and protected server located in Italy.

11. Reference legislation
